Job Summary
An e-learning company has a current position open for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering closely with the Director of People & Compliance
- Developing and managing an efficient system for tracking and candidate follow-ups to ensure we find the best candidate for each role while keeping the hiring managers and hiring team informed every step of the way
- Coordinating onboarding tasks for all new hires, with the goal of setting up each new team member for success
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have approximately 1 - 3 years of work experience
- Have a positive, do whatever needs to be done attitude with a growth mindset
- Have experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or People Operations (or a strong desire to pursue a career in those areas)
- Are driven and ambitious in the pursuit of your own professional development, but are able to put Codesmith's deeper mission first
