Job Summary
A digital learning company is in need of a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating and scheduling complex interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system, keeping all information updated
- Managing aspects of the onboarding processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 - 2 years in a coordinator role or administrative experience
- 1+ year experience with heavy calendar management
- People-focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
- Have a passion for learning
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and are comfortable with change
