Job Summary

A digital advertising company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Creating an exceptional experience for all candidates and hiring teams throughout the entire interview process
• Owning every aspect of the interview scheduling process and communicate all logistics to candidates and interview teams
• Partnering with hiring managers on developing a strong candidate experience

Qualifications Include:

• 1-4 years of experience supporting full-cycle recruiting
• Experience working in a start-up and/or fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools
