Job Summary
A financial technology and registered bank holding company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Schedule candidate interviews (phone, MS Teams and/or Zoom) at all phases of the recruiting process
- Manage all administrative and operational support throughout the entire recruiting process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver
- Ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
- Comfortable interacting with all levels throughout the organization and with external candidates
