Job Summary
A public benefit corporation is seeking a Remote Recruiting Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling interviews across multiple offices in a remote environment
- Communicating with candidates throughout the interview process
- Coordinating candidate interviews, from intake calls to full onsite panels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Administrative Coordination experience
- Spreadsheet and database experience
- Intermediate experience in Google Suite, including Gmail and calendar
- Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones
- Ability to stay calm in high pressure situations and fast-paced environments
