Job Summary
An Internet-based transportation service is seeking a Remote Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- High-volume recruiting process management for hourly, nationwide operations roles
- Tracking candidate data in our ATS (Lever) and keeping systems updated
- Creating hourly employee offer letters as well as amendments, and rescinded offers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ months in a recruiting, HR or administrative role
- Incredibly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time
- An excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Creative, and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
- Ability to work remote
