Job Summary
A bike manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Recruitment team
- Help manage interview scheduling for a variety of positions across the organisation
- Support a team of 7 Recruiters in partnership with current Recruiting Coordinator
Position Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and complex schedules
- 1-2 years experience recruiting coordination
- Prior experience working for a rapidly growing, fast paced company
