An advertising agency has an open position for a Remote Recruiting Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing strategic leadership to the team in the development and execution of recruitment strategies
- Developing & implementing Talent Acquisition strategy & supporting programs that focus on both quality of hire & speed of hire
- Ensuring acceptable margins across the business; developing and executing a vision to grow the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment required
- Previous management experience required
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Motivated by change and innovation
