A cloud communications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Enablement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in the delivery of training
- Creating the framework for team's knowledge base
- Ensuring a coordinated training approach
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of training methodologies, tactics, and instructional design
- Experience in establishing training strategies, implementing action plans, crafting and documenting content
- Knowledge of training software for systems and process training, including LMS, authoring tools, and content development
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Verbal and written communication skills
