Job Summary
A company that specializes in digital typesetting and typeface design is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Human Resources Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating interview schedules with key stakeholders and hiring managers
- Ensuring background checks are completed and meet Monotype standards
- Preparing reports on new hires metrics, as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors' degree in a HR-related area, or equivalent experience
- 2 years' recruiting experience working in a fast-paced HR department
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Team player collaborating with peers to shares responsibilities and provide coverage
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems a plus, preferably Workday
