A consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and analyzing business needs
- Facilitating requirement gathering sessions
- Performing testing and deployment systems integration
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years experience in various Human Resource disciplines
- Ability to successfully complete Workday HCM and Recruiting certifications course work
- 5+ years experience with Applicant Tracking and/or Recruiting systems/applications
- Experience with ERP HCM systems/applications
