Job Summary

A food delivery service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Insights Senior Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring data integrity by identifying root causes of data discrepancies, implementing solutions, and working closely with recruiters
  • Helping develop and deliver recruiting insights and technical solutions
  • Working with stakeholders to scope out, design, and develop best-in-class reporting and data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Chartio

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Expert in analyzing data to generate insights that improve productivity and efficiency
  • Senior or principal-level IC with at least 8-10 years of experience
  • BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
  • Know how to optimize and improve processes while designing for scale (i.e. automation)
  • Experienced in Recruiting or HR Tech teams, and specifically working within Greenhouse and/or Workday
  • Incredibly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
