Job Summary

An information technology services company has a current position open for a Remote Recruiting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leveraging data and metrics to lead and mentor towards goals
  • Developing effective ways to communicate, monitor, and lead your team through weekly one-on-ones and team meetings
  • Working with the hiring managers and recruiters to tighten up job descriptions, screening rubrics, and managing the hiring process

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years of recruiting management experience
  • Scaled and managed high-performing recruiting teams at software companies
  • Prior success with diversity initiatives is highly valued
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Well-versed in hiring a global team
