Job Summary
A human resources solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team of recruiters and/or sourcers
- Partnering closely with business partners to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to strategically meet headcount and hiring goals
- Setting team performance goals and metrics, and setting a tracking process to measure and manage progress
Qualifications Include:
- 5 - 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience within a recruiting organization
- Demonstrated operational Leader skilled in process improvement and implementation
- Ability to motivate, inspire and instill trust in a team of high performers
- Proven diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate with experience building diverse team
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders to anticipate future talent needs and drive proactive sourcing and closing strategies
