Job Summary

A human resources solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team of recruiters and/or sourcers
  • Partnering closely with business partners to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to strategically meet headcount and hiring goals
  • Setting team performance goals and metrics, and setting a tracking process to measure and manage progress

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 - 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience within a recruiting organization
  • Demonstrated operational Leader skilled in process improvement and implementation
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and instill trust in a team of high performers
  • Proven diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate with experience building diverse team
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders to anticipate future talent needs and drive proactive sourcing and closing strategies
