• Providing strategic direction, leadership, and talent development within the team

• Presenting macro-level data and analysis to influence the direction of the organization

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 7 or more years of related experience
• Certifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketing
• Excellent management and people development skills
• Broad working knowledge of the HR industry, programs, policies and procedures
• Ability to develop & deliver effective presentations infused with data and analytics
