Job Summary
An online social media network is in need of a Remote Recruiting Operations and Enablement Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a high performing team to fully support recruitment operations
- Developing and refining recruiter onboarding and training programs
- Driving recruitment technology assessment and prioritization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience building and managing a recruiting operations team
- Experience managing recruiting tools and systems including process design and integration
- Successful track record managing a high volume scheduling function
- Experience building recruiter communications and training programs
- Demonstrated experience managing process improvement efforts
- Background working with budgets, data analysis, and contract management
