Job Summary

A training company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Operations and Programs Manager.

Must be able to:

• Architect creative and scalable solutions to continually optimize Recruiting systems and processes
• Own all recruitment processes, document workflows, ATS (Greenhouse) and TA tools adoption

Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience in a TA/People Operations or other reporting and systems management capacity
• Solid data analysis skills (e.g. Excel/Google Sheet and data visualization platforms)
• Passion for taking a complex business problem and providing a simple and user friendly solution
