Job Summary

A crypto exchange and custodian is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Operations Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition team
• Project managing large-scale, strategic initiatives that impact Talent Acquisition and hiring process
• Developing enablement programs

Qualifications for this position include:

• 2-3+ years in Talent Acquisition, Enablement / Learning & Development, or People Operations
• 1-2+ years of hands on experience with Greenhouse
• A passion for solving problems through creating simple processes and continually seeking marginal gains
• An understanding that a process is only as good as its adoption
• Exposure to some People Operations work, including onboarding and visa processing
• Ability to perform data analysis and audits
