Job Summary

An IT outsourcing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Recruiting Operations Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Confidently handling the day-to-day operations of the Recruiting Team
  • Partnering directly with the VP of Recruiting on special projects

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 Years of Operations Experience (Recruiting Experience not required)
  • You must be able to pivot quickly to reflect changing priorities and needs
  • You must have outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to rapidly learn about internal organizational structure, culture, and hiring practices
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
