Job Summary
A logistics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution on programs through developing scalable solutions
- Lead project management across the recruiting team via communications, coordination, UR, and planning
- Manage projects and programs for recruiting team, interviewer training, employer brand, internal mobility, DEI, internships
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience leading program management and operation with a recruiting focus
- Ability to evaluate, develop and implement operational improvements in a complex environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey project strategies and goals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on operational rigor
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing and developing teams
- Experience collaborating in cross functional teams for scalable solutions, set objectives and drive change management
