Job Summary

A digital transformation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing forecasts
  • Researching cutting-edge technologies and evaluating the recruiting tech stack
  • Managing multiple ongoing operational projects impacting the recruiting coordination space

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years' previous Recruiting experience
  • 1+ years' experience in business reporting and/or analytics
  • 1+ years' experience in recruiting marketing or employer branding
  • Familiarity with multiple ATS (Bullhorn, Jobvite, Greenhouse, etc)
  • Experience with High Volume Hiring recruiting
