Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the development of the program and project infrastructure for a growing TA organization
- Developing reports regularly for recruiter KPI measurements
- Advocating for new initiatives using research, data, and business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- ATS Systems, Microsoft Office, Recruiting Operations experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Workday as an ATS
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
