A payment management platform is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Programs Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and developing a high-performing program management team
- Establishing the Recruiting Operations programs
- Coaching, managing and mentoring a global team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years working in management consulting, program/portfolio management, or change management
- 3+ years as a team lead
- Strong organizational and operational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Deep knowledge of project and program management
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with cross functional partners
- Demonstrated success in bring projects and programs to market
