Job Summary

A national security company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Programs Talent Acquisition Manager.

Must be able to:

Lead corporate, university and early career recruiting teams and functions
Lead strategic cross-functional teams to drive applicant flow
Manage multiple teams

Required Skills:

15 or more years of experience as a Talent Acquisition leader and professional
Demonstrated experience leading multiple teams of over 30 individuals
Demonstrated experience at increasing applicant flow
Significant experience leading Corporate, University and Early Career recruiting teams and functions
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to secure a US Government clearance
