Job Summary
A marketing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Resources Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the retention and recruiting goals of the company
- Providing recruiting and sourcing support to the resources team
- Deploying the on-boarding and off-boarding system
Position Requirements Include:
- BS or BA degree; or related experience
- 1 year of recruiting or human resources experience
- Database management experience, including applicant tracking systems
- Personable, organized and detail oriented
