A training and education non profit has an open position for a Remote Recruiting Solutions Senior Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Tracking and analyzing jobseeker and employer partner information and data
- Developing recruiting best practice presentations, recommendations and trainings to partner employers
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors’ degree required
- 2+ years of relevant corporate, business, or non-profit experience in recruiting, program management or project management
- 2+ years of corporate client portfolio management experience
