Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Should be comfortable with technical recruiting hubs like San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Austin, Denver, New York, and Boston
- 2 years experience sourcing high caliber talent, preferably in both large and startup organizations
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize competing tasks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Customer service oriented with an ability to provide a high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring teams
