Job Summary
Taking ownership of the entire hiring process, the full-time Remote Recruiting Specialist will manage sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates while utilizing AI tools and data-driven decision-making to support diverse hiring needs across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates
- Work with data and recruitment metrics to enhance decision-making and track hiring success
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment
- Native or C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Strong understanding of technology, AI, and technical hiring
- Proficiency in recruitment data, analytics, AI-powered tools, and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruiting independently for both technical and non-technical roles
