Job Summary
A recruiting company has a current position open for a Remote Recruiting Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Taking extreme ownership of a your team's results
- Crafting Job Descriptions based on the client needs
- Building out strategies for each open role based on: compensation, the percentage of a population who is employed, what percentage of our search will be inbound, versus outbound
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years experience recruiting, whether it's with an agency, or in-house acting as a hiring manager
- Track record of setting strategy to acquire the best workers for roles, ideally across industries
- Attention to detail
- Good at developing others and helping good talent level up
