A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Recruiting Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide full cycle recruitment services.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to identify candidates for interview
- Ensure onboarding requirements are met
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 – 5 years of experience
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience
- Prior full cycle recruitment experience
- Project management experience
- Proficient MS Office experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Microsoft office applications
