A financial services company is in need of a Remote Recruiting Specialist in Omaha.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Screening and evaluating candidate for qualification and cultural fit
- Proactively identifying avenues to attract applicants through various avenues
- Supporting high voluming hiring initatives for contact centers and operations roles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 - 3+ Years experience in recruiting that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- Must be able to perform virtual interviews
- Must be able to manage and/or coordinate interview events
