Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Systems Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage applicant tracking system upgrades, patches, enhancements
  • Reviewing complete documentation of changes included in any new releases
  • Developing training resources associated with existing system processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4-5+ years of work experience in a HR or Recruitment function
  • Experience establishing an ATS production environment
  • Experience with complex and cross-functional system integration testing
  • Track record of successful project completion and innovation
  • Advanced experience driving and leading enhancements
