Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruiting Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage applicant tracking system upgrades, patches, enhancements
- Reviewing complete documentation of changes included in any new releases
- Developing training resources associated with existing system processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4-5+ years of work experience in a HR or Recruitment function
- Experience establishing an ATS production environment
- Experience with complex and cross-functional system integration testing
- Track record of successful project completion and innovation
- Advanced experience driving and leading enhancements
