Job Summary
A healthcare organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiting Systems and Tools Strategic Talent Attraction Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leverage data and business intelligence to assess resources and develop strategies that deliver
- Research and implement talent management platforms
- Mentor, coach, and train talent acquisition teams on emerging technology, best practices, and industry trends
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two years of relevant experience required
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or combination of experience with Associate's degree
- Experience implementing external sourcing strategies and employment branding initiatives
