A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Recruitment Coordinator in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working closely with Recruiters to craft and deliver an amazing standard for the candidate experience
- Developing strong candidate and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels with recruiters and hiring teams
- Acting as point of contact for candidates; coordinate, schedule, and manage phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or closely related field, from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a recruitment coordinator in a high-volume, fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or High-Tech industry experience
