Job Summary

A creative design agency is filling a position for a Remote Recruitment Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support our talent team by coordinating scheduling, and screening candidates
• Take part in our end-to-end recruitment process for all departments
• Help further refine our job descriptions

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2 years of recruiting, sourcing, and or scheduling experience with an eye for detail
• Are always looking at how to optimize processes with a focus on continuous improvement
• A desire to solve problems and help teammates
