Job Summary

A healthcare staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Recruitment Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensure ethical recruitment practices on a daily basis
• Handle all escalation issues related to placement and retention of travelers
• Educate Recruiters on strategic use of their time to include prospecting

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years in successful retail or outside sales, customer service and public contact
• At least 5 years of industry related experience
• High school diploma with two years post high school formal education in sales
