Job Summary
An educational nonprofit social enterprise is in need of a Remote Recruitment Learning and Design Director in Boston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, implementing and reinforcing updated recruitment strategies providing continuous improvement
- Developing trainings to ensure that front-line recruiters are prepared to execute on recruitment best practices
- Designing, implementing and maintaining a scalable onboarding process for new recruiters
Qualifications for this position include:
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in recruiting with significant experience influencing across different lines of management
- Significant prior experience understanding and synthesizing best practices, and translating those best practices
- Deep understanding of the mission and core values
