Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Selecting and hiring qualified candidates
- Advertising position by posting to multiple channels
- Training and overseeing team of tutor interviewers

- Equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Ability to manage recruiting costs to meet budget goals
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails and application materials
