Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Redesign existing recruiting and hiring process to improve efficiencies
- Empower the recruiting team by setting clear goals and tracking benchmarks
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with BreezyHR, ZipRecruiter, and Linkedin Recruiter
- Experience as a Recruiting Manager
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to employ critical thinking skills to make sound decisions
- Proven track record of building and/or improving company culture
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System
