Job Summary
An education company has an open position for a Remote Recruitment Marketing and Operations Senior Manager in Herndon.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing talent acquisition marketing strategies and campaigns
- Leading day-to-day management of the Applicant Tracking System
- Identifying and reporting on key metrics on a regular cadence, including ROI on targeted campaigns
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Experience creating and executing enhanced prospecting techniques and tools
- Knowledge of current State and Federal Wage, Employment Laws and HR policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to organize and lead a project to completion
- Proven ability to manage change with maximum buy-in
