A food and agriculture company has an open position for a Remote Recruitment Marketing Outreach Specialist in Wichita.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing established sourcing and recruiting plans
- Participating in branding initiatives and the execution of branding strategies
- Independently solving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Experience in full cycle recruitment and or sourcing experience with a focus on developing diverse candidate pipelines
- Recruiting Marketing experience
