A provider of sales and business growth solutions has an open position for a Remote Recruitment Marketing Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and supporting global newsletters sent to employees and develop newsletter for prospecting talent
- Creating content that educates, engages, and entertains candidates so they are aware of what to consider before expressing interest
- Supporting global peers with ad hoc requests
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience working in the recruitment marketing field
- Prior success with campaign's strategies that generate leads and applicant conversions
- Experience with design tools like Canva to design video or still content yourself that is managed on a tool like SproutSocial
- Experience establishing realistic timelines and reporting on a series of projects that progress simultaneously
- Experience or willingness to work from home
