Job Summary

A professional services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Execute a high touch onboarding process for North America new joiners
• Provide a high level of customer service and partnership with recruiters, recruiting teams and new joiners
• Work autonomously to resolve issues and lessen unnecessary hand-offs
