Job Summary

A retail company is seeking a Remote Recruitment Operations Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting TA programs and operations, driving their implementation
• Working with HR and TA leadership to ensure adoption of new systems
• Creating training documents, classes, and resources

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5-10 years’ experience with recruiting processes and best practices
• Have worked with ATS and HCM Systems
• Expert in MS Office and advanced Excel skills
• Experience analyzing reports and providing recommendations on process improvements
