Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Recruitment Process Outsourcing Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and documenting efficient recruitment processes
  • Providing on-going account management that serves the clients and the candidates
  • Consistently working with the client contact to resolve operational or technological challenges

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years of RPO, staffing or recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 1–2 years directly leading or managing team members
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them clearly
  • Proven ability to design, develop and implement contingency plans and alternative solutions
