Job Summary
A fintech company is in need of a Remote Implementation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Aiding in the answer/resolve/triage of product and organization issues
- Learning the ILT features, services, and solutions through research of client questions
- Setting expectations with FIs during kickoff and collaborate with FIs to align on expected deliverables
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- 2-4 years of work experience in banking/financial services technology
- Experience with information gathering, organization, and synthesis
- Previous experience implementing software products preferred
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs.
