A software enabled healthcare company has anopenposition for a Remote Referral Care Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing exceptional friendliness, empathy and customer service via phone and in-app messaging
- Owning the process of writing, authorizing, and coordinating important referrals, imaging, and procedure orders
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of care coordination or navigation experience
