Job Summary

A solar energy company has an open position for a Remote Referral Outbound Application Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review multiple lines of communication
• Communicate through MS teams, WFM, or Email; and daily reporting to supervisors
• Maintain a Quality Assurance score of at least 96%

Position Requirements Include:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year customer service experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Office, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce
• Ability to monitor relationships with prospective customers through CRM systems
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Superior verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
