Job Summary

A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Referral Services Operations Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting KPIs and growth metrics to help meet team goals
  • Hiring and training key personnel needed
  • Establishing department vision and direction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of Real Estate Brokerage Management
  • 3+ years of Inside Sales Management Experience
  • 5+ years in Real Estate Sales Management
  • 5+ years in Operations Management
  • Understanding of RESPA, and Real Estate Referral best practices
  • Basic technical knowledge of APIs, Data Transfer, and ETL
