Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Referral Specialist I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound phone calls to members
- Using assumptive language to drive enrollment and implement strategies
- Answering inbound calls and utilizing open ended questions to promote member centricity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, interactive customer service or call center environment
- Experience in customer service experience in healthcare related setting
- Computer skills and demonstrated ability to navigate multiple databases
